1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the website at www.cybernexglobal.com and of the user accounts that can be created on it. By using the site you accept these terms.

The site exists to provide information about our products, to receive quote requests and applications, and to make contact possible. No sales or payments take place on the site.

The site is operated by CYBERNEX Electronics, Piri Mehmet Paşa Mah. Uğurböceği Sok. No:4 D:7, Mehmet Haseki İş Merkezi, Silivri, Istanbul, Türkiye.

2. Prices are not an offer

Prices published on the site are list prices for information only and do not constitute a binding offer to sell.

• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT.
• The stated MOQ (minimum order quantity) is a wholesale condition; single-project purchases are considered separately.
• Final price, availability and delivery terms are set only in a written quotation sent to you separately.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Quote cart and requests

The quote cart is not an ordering or purchasing tool. It sends us a quote request for the products and quantities you select. The reference number confirms that we received your request; it does not mean the request has been accepted.

A sale is concluded only when you accept our written quotation.

4. CYRA recommendations

CYRA is a product selection aid that checks your answers against defined rules. Its results are a first recommendation. Because it does not know the full technical conditions of your project, a result is not a guarantee of suitability. We recommend confirming the technical details with our team before ordering.

5. Product images are representations

Images on product pages are not photographs. They are 3D representations showing the type and form of each product. The actual colour, dimensions, component layout and enclosure design may differ. For technical specifications, the technical information and datasheet on the product page prevail.

6. Use of technical information

Wiring diagrams, installation steps and technical values are guidance for the correct use of our products. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable regulations. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect wiring or improper installation.

7. Accounts

• Creating an account is optional; you do not need one to send a quote request or an application.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• We may suspend or close an account in case of abuse, a security risk or a breach of these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. What happens to your data afterwards is explained in our Privacy Policy.
• Dealer documents are available only to approved dealers and must not be shared with third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The CYBERNEX name and logo, the site design, texts, technical documents, 3D representations and other images belong to CYBERNEX Electronics.

You may use technical documents for your own installation or to inform your customers. Copying, modifying or republishing the content under another brand without permission is prohibited.

9. Third-party brands

Somfy, MeanWell and other brands listed under complementary products belong to their respective owners. We supply these products; we are not their manufacturer and we make no claim of partnership with these brands.

10. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but typographical or pricing errors may occur. Information containing an obvious error is not binding. Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site is not guaranteed.

11. Personal data

How we process personal data you send through forms and accounts is explained in our Privacy Policy; the cookies we use are listed in our Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
