Overview

CND-1000 Mono Led Dimmer is an industrial automation control board designed for single-color LED lighting in pergola and winter garden systems. It operates within a 12–24V DC input voltage range, supporting 240W continuous and maximum 400W peak power output. It precisely controls LED brightness levels with On/Off and Dimmer functions. Integration with smart home systems is provided through dry contact and shutter inputs. Wireless communication module enables control via mobile app or remote control.

Features

PWM Dimmer Control

Precisely adjusts LED brightness between 0–100% with high-resolution PWM signal. Smooth dimming support provides eye-friendly lighting.

On/Off Function

Single press to turn LED lighting on/off. Last brightness level is saved in memory and resumes at the same level when turned back on.

Smart Home Integration

Direct integration with KNX, smart home panels, and automation systems through shutter and dry contact inputs. Brightness level can be controlled from external systems.

Wireless Control

LED dimmer control via mobile app or remote control through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

High Power Support

240W continuous, 400W peak power capacity to drive long LED strip runs from a single board. Ideal for industrial pergola lighting systems.

Sensor Support

3.3V sensor supply output for direct connection to external sensors such as motion sensors and ambient light sensors.

Buttons & Indicators

SW1 — On/Off

Short press: Turns LED lighting on/off. Last brightness level is saved in memory.

SW2 — Dimmer

Short press: Changes brightness level in steps. Long press: Continuously increases/decreases brightness.

Status LED

On-board status LED: Solid = system active, Blinking = dimmer mode, Off = standby mode.

Installation & Commissioning Guide

On/Off (SW1)

Short press:Turns LED lighting on or off.
Long press:Resets to factory defaults (all settings return to default).

Dimmer (SW2)

Short press:Changes brightness level by one step (25% → 50% → 75% → 100% → 25%).
Long press:Continuously increases or decreases brightness (stops when released).

SW1 + SW2 Together

Enters pairing mode. Initiates wireless pairing with remote control or mobile app.

Connection Check

Complete all cable connections as specified in the datasheet and verify the supply voltage.

  1. 1.Connect 12–24V DC supply to CN1 connector. Pay attention to polarity (+/−).
  2. 2.Connect LED strip (+) and (−) leads to CN1 Pin 3 and Pin 4.
  3. 3.Turn on the power supply and verify the on-board status LED is lit.
  4. 4.Press SW1 button to test if the LED strip turns on.

Tip: If LED does not turn on, first check supply voltage and LED polarity.

2

Dimmer Test

Test the dimmer function of the LED lighting.

  1. 1.Turn on LED with SW1.
  2. 2.Short press SW2 to test brightness steps.
  3. 3.Long press SW2 to test continuous dimmer function.
  4. 4.Release button at desired brightness level.

Tip: Dimmer level is automatically saved to memory.

3

Wireless Pairing

Pair with remote control or mobile app.

  1. 1.Press SW1 + SW2 together to enter pairing mode.
  2. 2.When buzzer gives 1× long beep, pairing mode is active.
  3. 3.Start pairing process from remote control or mobile app.
  4. 4.When buzzer gives 3× short beep, pairing is successful.

Tip: Pairing mode stays active for 30 seconds. Automatically closes if no pairing is made within the time limit.

Erase: Multiple remotes can be paired. Existing pairings are not deleted.

Normal Mode

Standard operating mode. LED lighting is controlled with On/Off and Dimmer functions.

  • On/Off control (SW1 or wireless)
  • PWM dimmer (0–100%)
  • Last brightness level saved in memory
  • Dry contact and shutter inputs active
  • Overcurrent and thermal protection active

Pairing Mode

Wireless pairing mode. Activated by pressing SW1 + SW2 together.

  • 30-second pairing window opens
  • Multiple remotes can be paired
  • Existing pairings are preserved

To delete all pairings, perform a factory reset (SW1 long press).

Important Notes

  • The board must be mounted inside an enclosure. Do not expose directly to outdoor conditions.
  • Before connecting LEDs, ensure the supply voltage and polarity are correct.
  • Maximum 400W power is only valid for short-term (peak) loads. Continuous load should not exceed 240W.
  • Dry contact inputs must be potential-free (volt-free).
  • Total LED strip length and power consumption must not exceed the board's power capacity.
  • Maximum 100mA current can be drawn from the 3.3V sensor output.
  • Pin 12 (N/C) should not be connected — reserved for future use.
