CLT-1102 — Datasheet

Overview
CND-1001 RGB Led Dimmer is an industrial automation control board designed for RGB LED lighting in pergola and winter garden systems. It operates within a 12–24V DC input voltage range and supports 680W power output. It precisely controls RGB LED brightness levels and color transitions with On/Off, Cycle (color loop), and Dimmer functions. Integration with smart home systems is provided through dry contact and shutter inputs. Wireless communication module enables control via mobile app or remote control.

Features
RGB Color Control
Red, Green and Blue channels are independently controlled via PWM. Over 16 million color combinations for precise color tone selection.
Cycle Mode (Color Loop)
Automatic color transition mode. Smooth transitions between predefined color scenarios. Transition speed is adjustable.
PWM Dimmer Control
Each RGB channel can be independently dimmed between 0–100%. Overall brightness control adjusts the total lighting level.
Wireless Control
RGB color and brightness control via mobile app or remote control through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
High Power Support
680W power capacity to drive long RGB LED strip runs from a single board. Ideal for industrial pergola lighting systems.
Smart Home Integration
Integration with KNX, smart home panels, and automation systems through dry contact and shutter inputs. Color and brightness control from external systems.
Buttons & Indicators
SW1 — On/Off
Short press: Turns RGB LED lighting on/off. Last color and brightness level is saved in memory.
SW2 — Mode/Dimmer
Short press: Changes operating mode (Static Color → Cycle → Static Color). Long press: Continuously increases/decreases brightness.
Status LED
On-board status LED: Solid = system active, Blinking = cycle mode active, Off = standby mode.
Installation & Commissioning Guide
On/Off (SW1)
Mode/Dimmer (SW2)
SW1 + SW2 Together
Enters pairing mode. Initiates wireless pairing with remote control or mobile app.
Buzzer Signal Codes
Connection Check
Complete all cable connections as specified in the datasheet and verify the supply voltage.
- 1.Connect 12–24V DC supply to Power Socket. Pay attention to polarity (+/−).
- 2.Connect RGB LED strip (+), R, G, B leads to Power Socket Pin 3, 6, 5, 4.
- 3.Turn on the power supply and verify the on-board status LED is lit.
- 4.Press SW1 button to test if the RGB LED strip turns on.
Tip: If LED does not turn on, first check supply voltage and RGB LED connection order. Note: Common Anode (+) connection required.
Color & Dimmer Test
Test the color and dimmer functions of the RGB lighting.
- 1.Turn on LED with SW1.
- 2.Short press SW2 to switch to Cycle mode. Observe color transitions.
- 3.Short press SW2 again to return to Static Color mode.
- 4.Long press SW2 to test dimmer function.
Tip: Color and brightness settings are automatically saved to memory.
Wireless Pairing
Pair with remote control or mobile app.
- 1.Press SW1 + SW2 together to enter pairing mode.
- 2.When buzzer gives 1× long beep, pairing mode is active.
- 3.Start pairing process from remote control or mobile app.
- 4.When buzzer gives 3× short beep, pairing is successful.
Tip: Pairing mode stays active for 30 seconds.
Erase: Multiple remotes can be paired. Existing pairings are not deleted.
Static Color Mode
Fixed lighting at selected color and brightness level. Color and brightness can be changed via wireless remote or mobile app.
- On/Off control (SW1 or wireless)
- Per-channel RGB PWM dimmer (0–100%)
- 16 million+ color combinations
- Last color and brightness saved in memory
- Dry contact and shutter inputs active
Cycle Mode (Color Loop)
Automatic color transition mode. Smooth transitions between predefined color scenarios.
- Automatic color transitions
- Adjustable transition speed
- Multiple scenario support
- Brightness level adjustable via dimmer
Pairing Mode
Wireless pairing mode. Activated by pressing SW1 + SW2 together.
- 30-second pairing window opens
- Multiple remotes can be paired
- Existing pairings are preserved
To delete all pairings, perform a factory reset (SW1 long press).
Important Notes
- The board must be mounted inside an enclosure. Do not expose directly to outdoor conditions.
- Before connecting LEDs, ensure the supply voltage and polarity are correct.
- RGB LED strip must be Common Anode (+) type. Common Cathode (−) is not supported.
- Dry contact inputs must be potential-free (volt-free).
- Total LED strip length and power consumption must not exceed the board's 680W power capacity.
- Pay attention to R, G, B channel connection order. Incorrect connection causes color mixing.
