From idea to mass production
Four stages, one team. Because the project never changes hands between stages, a decision made in design does not turn into a surprise in production.
Circuit Design & PCB
Schematic design, board layout and hardware architecture.
It begins with requirement analysis; the power, protection and communication topology is settled first. Schematic and PCB layout, component selection and availability checks all run in the same pass — the design does not stay on the desk, it leaves it manufacturable.
Embedded Software
Microcontroller firmware, control algorithms and communication.
The intelligence on the board is written here: motor drive and limit logic, dimmer curves, sensor reading, RF and wired protocols. Because the team that designs the hardware also writes the software, interface problems get solved while still at the design stage.
Prototype & Sample
First article manufacturing, test boards and small-batch samples.
The design becomes physical. First articles are produced, measured under real load and revised where needed. The aim is to enter mass production only after the surprises have run out.
Mass Production & Assembly
Volume manufacturing, assembly, testing and shipment.
The approved design goes into series production: placement, assembly, functional testing and packaging. The project does not end with a handover of files — a working product reaches your hands.
