Unlawful Content and Copyright Notice

What you can report

• Copyright or trademark infringement (for example an image, logo, text or video used without your permission).
• Content that violates your personal rights.
• Your personal data or photo published without your permission.
• Any other content you believe is unlawful.

How to report

Send an e-mail with the subject “Content notice” to the address below and include:

• Your name and how we can reach you (a letter of authority if you act for someone else).
• The address of the page and which content you mean (a screenshot helps).
• Why it is unlawful; for copyright notices, information showing that you hold the right.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

What we do

1. We reply to your notice by e-mail within 24 hours at the latest (art. 9 of Law No. 5651).
2. Content that appears clearly infringing is taken offline while we review it. If the notice is justified, the content is deleted permanently and we let you know.
3. We apply court or authority decisions as soon as they reach us.
4. If we do not find the notice justified, we explain why; your right to go to court and other remedies are unaffected.
